Return Policies
	Product Returns For all product returns Please contact us at 303-877-772 or email us at iceskatesbestbuy.com. Returns must be received by Iceskatesbestbuy.com within 20 days of receipt of the product by the customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged items. The returned products must be in new and un-worn condition and returned in their original and complete packaging.  Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special Ordered Items and or Custom/Special Skate Boots are not returnable or refundable. If the product you received was damaged during shipping or defective notify Iceskatebestbuy.com immediately and begin the return process. The customer is responsible in the fit size choices of the product ordered, if the fit is not accurate notify use and we can begin the return process if the item is deemed returnable. If you are not satisfied with the order, Iceskatesbestbuy.com will exchange the order out for an item of equal value, any item desired over the returned item(s) price, the customer will be charged for the difference. Any Zuca frame and/or insert that has been used is not returnable and unless permitted by in writing from Iceskatesbestbuy.com Please ship your products inside of some type of packaging. There are no returns or exchanges on used or demo products, skates that have been sharpened or on products that have been used or worn by the customer. For safety and health reasons, skating tights are not a returnable item under any circumstance. Iceskatesbestbuy.com is not responsible for uploading errors, crossed links, photo mistakes, or errors made by our web team. If there is an error in your order, please contact us for assistance. We will send over the appropriate return shipping tags and issue any applicable refunds in a timely manner.
